Refund Policy

All merch from Bricks with Ste is printed and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand service. That means every item is made specifically when you order it — so please read this before buying.


Your right to cancel (changed your mind)

Because you’re buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.

To cancel, just email hello@brickswithste.co.uk within those 14 days and let me know. You’ll then have a further 14 days to return the item to me. Once I receive it back, I’ll refund you within 14 days.

A few things to note:


Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or just plain wrong — I want to sort it, full stop.

Email hello@brickswithste.co.uk within 30 days of receiving it with:

I’ll get back to you within 2 business days with a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to return the faulty item in most cases.


Wrong size ordered

Completely understand it happens! Unfortunately, because everything is made to order, I can’t do straight exchanges. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, contact me and we’ll see what we can do — but this will be at my discretion and may involve a new purchase.

Please double-check the size guide before ordering. It’s on every product page for a reason.


What I can’t refund


Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, drop me an email at hello@brickswithste.co.uk. I’ll chase it with Printful and get it sorted.

For disputes that can’t be resolved directly, you have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. I’ll always provide details of an ADR provider if we can’t reach an agreement.
